Above & Beyond What I Expected

My AC unit is very old and it was finally time for replacing. Metro Services HVAC was recommended by a friend for being the most affordable. Sure enough, they best the quotes of 2 other companies!! The install was done promptly. The staff was courteous and professional at all times. They cleaned up after themselves. They even provided a fan for me while they were doing the install since my AC was out and it was a hot day. It kept me nice and cool while they were doing the install. Now THAT is customer service. Above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend!!

I am so impressed with Metro Services HVAC that I have told all my friends about them!!!

My house was not cooling to my desired temperature so I called around a few places who all told me that unfortunately, I would need a new system installed. A friend who recently had an install with Metro Services HVAC told me that their prices beat all the competitors so I decided to give them a call for an estimate.

When they came out, instead of just beating the other two quotes and getting an install under their belt, they asked if they could take a look at the system. It turns out there was only a small problem with my thermostat and wiring that wasn’t telling my AC unit to turn on and off at the right times. THEY SAVED ME THOUSANDS! A job that could have cost me a couple thousand only cost a couple hundred. I am SO IMPRESSED and GRATEFUL that we have honest workers like Metro Services HVAC. I will be a FOREVER customer. You cannot beat honesty like that!

Top Notch Service

My A/C was leaking really bad every time I turned it on. I had another company come out to service it, said they fixed it they didn’t. Came back out again (charged me) just to tell me it needed to be replaced. I called Metro Services told them the situation and Nadar suggested that he check it 1st before I spend thousands! Yes-please!! He came out, on time as scheduled! He was very nice, professional & was even ok with my dogs!!! He was here for awhile, he told me, yes your unit is old, but it still has some life to it.

He explained what he did & I that I should be OK for this season. He gave me his contact info & said call if it leaks again. IT HASN’T LEAKED! Nadar made me a forever customer. It’s hard to find someone that actually tries to save you money and not take advantage! Top notch service.
